I have always been in to fitness but it took me a while to realise what I am actually capable of. It has never been just about losing weight but to enjoy the journey and you will gradually see the results. My moto is keeping fit by exercising and a healthy life style plus enjoying the food at the same time.

My aim is to push you to another level and beyond your limits in order for you to realise what your body is capable of.

I want to help you accomplish what you think is not possible, make training enjoyable rather then a chore that you have to do... guaranteed to make you feel alive at the end of session.

BhangraBlaze is by far the best cardio exercise with some smooth moves and adding a bit of spice into it with the bhangra tunes.

I enjoy all aspects of fitness and am eager to spread that passion to others.
