ENERGISER 45ER Resistance Bands
Resistance bands adds resistance to your routine from another dimension altogether. Varying amounts of resistance depending on how tight you have the bands make this an excellent choice for people of all levels. As the weeks progress you will find yourself making the band tighter and tighter increasing the resistance which in turn means you will tone and firm up even more. ENERGISER 45ER Cardio
Cardio in this workout is infectious and will keep you wanting more. Every step is to the beat with intensity increasing as the beat moves up a gear. Everything from basic side twists to unique step work and leg raises. You will find that when doing some of the cardio in this workout that you will feel like you’re on a moving walking escalator with your legs feeling like they are floating. The music changes slowly to a relaxing track that will instantly relax you and make you feel ahhhhh. A few external exercises fused with yoga and tai chi will ease your muscles and help with recovery.
